Finite Markov Decision Processes

This chapter will introduce the problem we try to solve in the rest of the book. The objective of this chapter is to describe the reinforcement learning problem. We will discussed problem that can be solve with reinforcement and also how to solve theoretically reinforcement problem.

Of course there are some difference in theory and practice and we will introduce them.
